Growth outrunning the back office

Exotic had become one of South Goa's go-to event companies. Demand was not the problem. The problem was everything that happened behind each event: guest lists, confirmations, reminders, check-ins, and the scramble to know whether an event actually made money.

Every new booking added hours of manual work. The team was busy, but busyness, not capacity, had become the ceiling on growth.
