TCC was founded in Goa, India, and we deliver projects globally. Most of our work is remote first, with on site presence where an engagement genuinely needs it.

TCC is founded and led by Atharva Parkhe, a technology consultant who diagnoses the business problem and builds the fix. He has delivered more than 50 solutions, including a statewide patrolling platform now used by over 500 officers, an operations system that let a two person team scale to ten simultaneous events, and secure donation infrastructure for a children's trust.
